How long will it take you to repair my items?
Timing varies depending on the computer speed and the repair type. We also may need to wait for parts at times. I assure you I work as quickly as I can and will often charge a base price over an hourly rate depending on the job. If I do charge hourly I won't charge for over 3 hours of work.
Which payment methods do you accept?
I take cash, e transfer, cheque or paypal currently. Parts need to be paid for upfront before I order them but labor isn't charged until after you get the computer back.
Can you do the work at my place or do I need to drop it off?
This depends on the job needing to be done. I can do virus removal and optimization at your home, as well as some repairs. For diagnosing and larger services it's better to drop off and pick up. Computers and laptops tend to have a lot of waiting periods where you can't do anything but watch. I also keep you up to date with what I'm doing when it's at my place.
